Paris Hilton Burglar Charged With Felony

A man accused of attempting to break into Paris Hilton’s Hollywood Hills home last summer has been charged with a felony count of attempted residential burglary. Nathan Lee Parada, 31, faces three years behind bars when he is sentenced in June.
Hilton was at home when knife-wielding Parada attempted to break-in; her boyfriend Cy Waits, who was with the socialite at the time, confronted and apprehended him until police arrived and took the potential burglar into custody.
Hilton went to court to testify against Parada on Wednesday. Outside the courthouse in Van Nuys, Waits was attacked by another man, James Rainford, who has since been sentenced to serve 227 days behind bars, and ordered to stay away from Hilton and Waits after his release.
Lindsay Lohan To Sue Jewelry Store For Selling Surveillance Tape

Lindsay Lohan is set to sue the owners of the California jewelry store who accused her of stealing a necklace over their decision to sell surveillance video footage of the alleged incident to the media.
Kamofie & Company bosses released the CCTV tapes to the Associated Press after striking a deal reportedly worth $40,000. The video has since emerged online.
The news has infuriated the Mean Girls star, who argues the jewelers are attempting to cash in on her name and she is preparing to take them to court because she never granted the store owners permission to use her image for profit, according to TMZ.com. However, a representative for Kamofie & Company has defended the decision to release the tapes.
A statement issued to TMZ.com reads, “We regret to hear there is trepidation by Miss Lohan in connection with the video. We hope that everyone understands that this is beyond our control, the flood of the requests to see this video were simply too overwhelming. It was truly necessary to put it out.”
Lohan is facing a felony grand theft charge over the incident and is due back in court on March 10th. She has pleaded not guilty to the accusation and has been warned by a judge that she will be sentenced to jail if she accepts a plea deal.

Paris Hilton has had a difficulty relationship road, dating athletes, actors, a Greek shipping heir and even a couple of male models. But it seems she has now finally found her knight, revealing that boyfriend Cy Waits saved her life.
The 30-year-old reality star sat down with Ellen DeGeneres yesterday to talk about Waits and how he rescued her from a knife-wielding intruder.
Dressed in a pretty peach and white dress Paris appeared happy and very much in love as she talked about her boyfriend of a year – 34-year-old nightclub owner Waits.
‘I’m really happy,’ she told Ellen, beaming. ‘He’s so loyal and protective of me and he saved my life. He’s my hero.’
When Ellen asked how he had saved her, the heiress revealed how a man had broken into her house carrying two knives.
Cy stopped him and held him captive until the police arrived.
The man was identified as Nathan Lee Parada who was subsequently booked for felony burglary and is currently being held on $50,000 bail.
But Paris appeared to be calm about the incident as she gushed about her man.
‘And he’s just so loyal and amazing. He’s my best friend. He treats me like a princess.
‘He just got me a car for my birthday which is so sweet,’ she revealed.
Paris, who recently turned 30, was given a brand new Lexus LFA sports car worth $375,000.
