@fernandohallie do them every day, i use to do 300 a day cause i was a wrestler and i was pritty strong and did them in sets of 50, just keep doing them and do alot of cardio cause the lighter u are the easier

@MrBeowulf26 the best thing is to start a diet and secondly do A LOT OF CARDIO exercise to get the lean shaped body ..and after that go for the abs workout to maintain a sixpack .the most important is never give up.

I just signed up at your website and I’m going to start my workouts on monday. I dont really care about my abs being that they are naturally nice to me. I’m more focused on gaining muscle mass and gaining weight. Is this a good program for my needs? Should I modify my work outs ie substitute cardio and do muscle training?
